The Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Tuesday, February 12th at 3:00 pm. The Annual Meeting will be held via Video Conference between our offices at Douglasville, Hiram, Lawrenceville Highway-Decatur, Sandy Springs, Savannah, Paces Ferry and WellStar-Kennestone.
All members of MembersFirst Credit Union are encouraged to attend. Only items that are on the meeting agenda will be addressed during the membership meeting.

Attention: Piedmont Healthcare Employees
Important Information about Your Direct Deposit & Credit Union Account
You were recently informed about a change to your Credit Union account information due to our merger with MembersFirst Credit Union, and directed to update automatic deposits to and payments from your Credit Union account. Depending on if and when you took action, the resulting impacts and your next steps are outlined below.
Scenario 1: If you logged into PeopleSoft ESS before 12/18/18 and updated your paycheck direct deposit settings with your new Credit Union account information, then you should have received a paper paycheck in the mail on or about 12/18/18 and your next paycheck will be directly deposited as usual. If you have not yet received a paper paycheck, then your funds may have been deposited into another account you have on file in ESS. While only you can login to PeopleSoft ESS to determine if you do have another direct deposit account, the Credit Union can help ensure that any automatic loan and/or other established payments from your account continue uninterrupted. Please login to PeopleSoft ESS and print a copy of your 12/14/18 pay statement, then call the Credit Union at 404-978-0080 so we can assist you.
Scenario 2: If you logged into ESS on or after 12/18/18 and updated your paycheck direct deposit settings with your new Credit Union account information, then your next paycheck will be directly deposited into your account as usual.
Scenario 3: If you have not yet logged into ESS to update your paycheck direct deposit settings with your new Credit Union account information, do not take any action at this point. We are working with Piedmont to automatically update your Credit Union account information in ESS so your next paycheck will be directly deposited into your account, as usual. (Please ignore previously provided instructions to update your account and routing numbers in ESS, as this is no longer necessary.) You will receive a notification once your direct deposit information is updated. If you have established any automatic loan or other payments from your account, you will be provided with instructions to work with the Credit Union to ensure such payments continue uninterrupted.
