REGULATION GG UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING ENFORCEMENT ACT
Members are prohibited from using any credit union service for unlawful or restricted activity in accordance with The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) and Regulation GG.

FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY - Change In Terms
Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited into your account on the same business day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic deposits will also be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the same business day. Then, the funds will generally be available by the SECOND business day after the day of deposit.
This policy applies only to transaction (checking) accounts that have been open for more than thirty days. Deposits to non-transaction (savings) accounts and new accounts open less than thirty days, may be subject to longer holds. If you have additional questions about when funds may be available, please ask your credit union representative.
Annual Report for 2009
The Annual Business meeting for MembersFirst Credit Union was held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010. The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm.
Nancy Lawson, Billy Reid and Joe Van Horn were elected to the Board for a three year term. Don Remillard was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve on the Board for 2010.
Lee Underwood, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee reported that the audit conducted by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance produced an overall good report with few recommendations . The recommendations have been addressed to the satisfaction of the committee.
The quarterly audits conducted by Cynthia Coleman, CPA, found that the credit union is secure and operating properly. Additionally she stated that the accounting was "top notch". All recommendations made by Ms. Coleman have been addressed to the satisfaction of the Supervisory Committee.
Extended Office Hours
Effective March 31 2010, the offices of MembersFirst Credit Union will open at 9:00 am Monday to Friday. The South Fulton Medical Center office will continue to open from 9:00am to 4:30 on Tuesdays and 7:00am to 2:00pm on Fridays. For a complete listing of our office hours visit our locations page.
